Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are cozy and although a bit small, it's totally normal for New York standards. The service was top-notch, with staff making a genuine effort to greet me with a smile. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of nearby brunch spots and direct access to Manhattan via the metro. The dining experience left a bit to be desired due to wet floors in the bathroom, but the Welsh pastry was a delicious treat.
The hotel's location is its strongest point, convenient for exploring downtown Brooklyn and close to public transportation. The rooms, albeit small, are clean. The service was sweet and accommodating despite some challenges, and the dining options are limited. Overall, a decent choice for those looking for a well-located stay in Brooklyn.
I absolutely love this hotel for its incredible location to explore Brooklyn and Manhattan. It's surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and breakfast spots, making it a go-to place for me every time I visit the city. The rooms, despite being on the smaller side, are clean and comfortable, though some are hidden behind quirky doors fixed with duct tape. The service is hit or miss - some staff members are exceptionally friendly, while others seem indifferent. The dining experience can be underwhelming, with limited options, but the overall value for what you get is decent.
